The director recommended a different procedure first instead of Dencerty. Is that normal?

I went for a Density consultation to manage skin elasticity, and I naturally expected to be recommended Density.

However, after examining my skin condition, they explained that it might be better to have a different procedure done first right now.

I originally thought that if I just chose one procedure and went, they would proceed exactly as planned, but it was unexpected.

Has anyone gone for a consultation and been recommended a different procedure than the one they originally intended?
