Honest review after experiencing back pain treatment at Minjae Rehabilitation Medicine Clinic

It is located not far from the 4-way intersection in Gwanpyeong-dong, Yuseong-gu, Daejeon, making it a very convenient location for residents of the apartment complex to visit.
Located in the apartment complex shopping area, residents can easily walk there and transportation options are convenient.
Clinic hours are from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. on weekdays (until 8 p.m. on Mondays and Fridays).
Night manual therapy sessions are every Wednesday until 8 PM.
It's good for working people to visit until 1 PM on Saturday.
Minjae Rehabilitation Medicine Clinic is divided by floors: the reception, consultation rooms, X-ray room, physical therapy room, and manual therapy room are located on the 5th, 6th, and 7th floors.
This is the hospital I visited for back and wing blade pain. Since the building has 5th, 6th, and 7th floors, I like that I can receive consultation, detailed treatment, and rehabilitation exercises all in one place. I first went for physical therapy and manual therapy for my mother’s knee, and the doctors at Min Rehabilitation Medicine Clinic were very kind and thorough in their examinations. They explained everything in detail and kindly about my concerns, current condition, and treatment progress, which I appreciated. Because of that good experience, I also received treatment for my back and wing blade pain at Min Rehabilitation Medicine Clinic. The hospital is large and well-known in the neighborhood, so there are always many patients whenever I visit. I had some regrets about not just visiting once but receiving consistent treatment at Min Rehabilitation Medicine Clinic.
The part I felt disappointed about is that the doctors who see patients are really kind. However, since the hospital has many patients and is an orthopedic and rehabilitation hospital, there is a high proportion of elderly people, which may be why there are many who ask questions at the reception desk, have difficulty understanding, or are confused. As a result, the nurses are not very friendly. Because there are many patients, the nurses seem busy, and when I ask questions, they tend to give quick, brief answers rather than guiding me kindly.
Since it's close to the neighborhood, there aren't many cars when going to the hospital by car, but when I need to use a car, the parking space is small compared to the size of the hospital, so I sometimes have to park elsewhere and move.
I find these parts a bit disappointing.
I think it would be good to improve the reception area by adding more nurses or by using an automatic hospital bill payment system to reduce congestion at the reception desk. Since there are many patients at the hospital, the reception area gets crowded with people waiting to check in, finish treatment and pay, and ask questions, causing delays and waiting times. Improving this situation would be beneficial.
