Writing an honest review of my consultation at Cheonan Main Orthopedics
The main orthopedic clinic in Ssangyong-dong, Seobuk-gu, Cheonan, is one of the most well-known orthopedic clinics in Cheonan.
This hospital was originally a single 5-story building.
The basement is the physical therapy room. The second floor has consultation rooms and the original building. The radiology department. The F floor is the operating room. The fifth floor consists of patient wards, and the parking lot is also very spacious.
Then, while converting another neighboring building into a hospital,
➡️ The first floor is the radiology center, the second floor has consultation rooms, the radiology department, and the nerve treatment room, and the third floor is the physical therapy room.
My mother and I have been going to this hospital for over 25 years.
Especially, my mother has had many accidents and often falls, so she has received hospitalization treatment for spinal fractures and physical therapy for degenerative arthritis.
Cheonan Bon Orthopedic Clinic
The main advantages are the excellent medical and surgical skills of the doctors, their very friendly attitude, and the presence of an imaging center where MRI, CT, and ultrasound examinations can be performed immediately, allowing patients to receive tests and view results on the spot.
The downside is when connecting the neighboring building and the adjacent building from the inside.
You need to go down the stairs when moving.
The most unfortunate aspect is that for those who are uncomfortable with walking and use a wheelchair, a manual lifter has been installed on the stairs to allow movement, but they need to call staff to operate the switch when going up or down.
Sometimes I think that staff might also find it bothersome and inconvenient.
The areas for improvement are that the director, outpatient nurses, and ward nurses are all very kind.
Since all the test staff have been replaced with new coordinators, their responses to questions and tone have become quite formal, making it feel uncomfortable when submitting documents or asking questions.
Since many elderly people also come, there are many things they don't know when applying for documents, and I hope the desk staff can be a little more friendly and kind.
Since I can't directly talk about these inconveniences, and I also can't talk to the director or outpatient nurses,
I think it would be good to have a suggestion box at the hospital where patients can submit complaints or concerns.
