I am writing an honest review of the treatment I received at Cheonan Bon Orthopedic Clinic.

Our orthopedic clinic, located in Ssangyong-dong, Seobuk-gu, Cheonan-si, is one of the most well-known orthopedic clinics in Cheonan.

This hospital was originally a single five-story building.

 

 

➡️ The basement is a physical therapy room. The second floor houses the clinic, the radiology department, and the operating room on the F floor. The fifth floor houses the patient ward, and there's also a huge parking lot.

 

Then, the building next door was renovated into a hospital.

 

 

➡️ The first floor is a radiology center, the second floor is a treatment room, radiology department, and neurotherapy room, and the third floor is a physical therapy room.

 

My mother and I have been going to this hospital for over 25 years.

In particular, my mother has had many accidents and falls frequently, so she has been hospitalized for spinal fractures and is also receiving physical therapy for degenerative arthritis.

The advantage is I think the biggest advantage is that the directors are very kind and have excellent clinical and surgical skills, and they have a radiology center, so you can get MRI, CT, and ultrasound tests right away and see the results.

 

The disappointing thing is When connecting the adjacent buildings internally

You have to go down the stairs when moving.

For those who have difficulty walking and use a wheelchair, the most unfortunate thing is that they have to call an employee to operate the switch when going up and down the stairs, as they have to use a manual lift.

There were times when I thought that the employees might find it annoying and uncomfortable.

 

What needs improvement The directors, outpatient nurses, and ward nurses are very kind.

Since all the test staff were replaced by new coordinators, the way they responded to questions and spoke became stiff, which made it uncomfortable to apply for documents or ask questions.

Since many elderly people come here, there are many things they don't know when applying for documents, so I wish the desk staff were a little more friendly and kind.

I can't tell you about these inconveniences directly, and I can't tell the director or the outpatient nurses either.
