I have had a herniated disc in my lower back for a long time, so I have been very careful, but I have been in a lot of pain and struggling for the past six months.

I used to go to orthopedics, and every time I went, I received a steroid injection in my lower back. But only the first time was painless, and the recurrence interval gradually shortened, so this time I'm enduring it stubbornly, but it hurts a lot.
