I usually get a short C-curl perm, but my hair has grown so much that it now touches my shoulders.

It's hot and I want to get a haircut and a perm, but these days, just going to the hair salon easily costs over 100,000 won. ㅜ

Please recommend a hair salon that does a good perm, as my hair is quite damaged and my scalp is sensitive ^^
