I went to Anduwon Neuropsychiatric Clinic for psychiatric counseling!

I ended up visiting because I've been under a lot of shocking stress recently.

The reason I came here is that all the nearby hospitals known for good counseling said their appointments are only available in April or May, so I ended up coming to Anduwon Neuropsychiatric Clinic, where I can get an initial consultation...

A family member passed away due to a recurrence of cancer... and because of that and other huge shocks, I ended up seeking psychiatric counseling.

When you first go, you fill out three types of questionnaires on a sheet, similar to a preliminary mental health screening. Then you proceed to counseling, but I'm not sure if it has a significant impact.

When I explained my current condition, the therapist said it could leave a lasting trauma. Also, the counseling felt more like talking to a regular person than actual therapy, so it didn't seem to be a perfect fit for me...

They prescribed medication, but since the hospital prescribes it internally, I don't know exactly what kind of medicine was prescribed. They said it was medication for anxiety or depression, though.
