Review of a visit to Ojeong-dong Otolaryngology Clinic, Ojeong Seongmo Clinic
One day, I suddenly started getting nosebleeds at night, and they didn't stop even after an hour or two, so I started to worry. It was nighttime, so the only options I could find were the emergency room or a 24-hour ENT clinic. Several ERs I went to refused to admit me, claiming they didn't have an ENT doctor. So, I ended up going to Ojeong Seongmo Clinic. It was the only ENT clinic open 24 hours, so I decided to go. It was a bit far, but I had no choice.
The good thing was that it was literally open 24 hours, so I could go whenever I wanted. Especially since ENT clinics don't have doctors available at night, even in the emergency room. The bad thing was that, even though I went, I was treated extremely rudely. This was evident when I asked for my blood pressure to be checked and then treated. When I went in and told them my blood pressure results, they said my blood pressure was too high and refused to admit me. My bleeding wouldn't stop, and it was an emergency, but they refused to admit me, citing the risk of other problems with high blood pressure. It was incredibly rude. I even called before going. It seemed like they didn't want to take responsibility for anything. I told them I had nowhere to go, but they refused to let me say that. I asked if they could refer me to another doctor, but they simply told me to go to the emergency room. So, I just grabbed some Vaseline and left. The wait wasn't long, and the 24-hour operation was nice, but the rudeness was disappointing.
