일요일에도 문여는 병원 정말 찾기힘든데요~ 세종시에 계시는분에게 많은 도움이 되겠네요^^
I visited Woori Hospital in Dajeong-dong, Sejong City.
On a Saturday in early August, after visiting the Sejong Forest of Wisdom with my second child,
I was going to mass in the evening, but I suddenly felt a little feverish and my body was shivering and I felt a little strange.
First, I got a diagnostic kit and confirmed that it was negative, and just in case, I wore a mask and went to the church.
While attending Mass, I started feeling increasingly unwell and my stomach started to churn...
In the end, I quietly went out and threw up, but I was so exhausted that I sat down during the mass.
I took deep breaths and soothed myself, and finally managed to attend mass and drive home...
Driving was really hard... I had to hold on mentally because I was driving with my mom and second child.
Is it coronavirus? What is it? Did I have a sudden illness? All sorts of thoughts were running through my head... I tested negative, so I'm hoping it's not coronavirus.
I came home and saw that my fever was 38.2 degrees, so I quickly took some Tylenol and lay down.
The fever didn't go down, and after two hours it finally dropped to 37.3 degrees....
Although my condition was not good, I couldn't help but walk 10,000 steps for over 400 days.
When my fever went down and my condition improved a little, I walked slowly around the living room, counted my steps, and washed up.
Since I took Tylenol, I was told to take a sore throat medicine containing acetaminophen 4 hours later.
(Is the interval between acetaminophen fever reducers 4 hours for adults too? Haha)
I woke up at 3am and my fever was over 38 degrees again...
I quickly took some cough medicine and fell asleep again. When I woke up... I still had a fever at 5 AM...
After suffering until 11 o'clock, I decided that it couldn't be helped and went to a hospital that was open on Sundays....
Is it really that hard to find a hospital open on Sunday?
I barely managed to wake up, wash up, and call two hospitals through the local mom cafe.
It's almost lunchtime, so I'll leave the kids with my husband.
First, we set off by car, and one person didn't answer the phone at all, as if they had put it down.
I went to our clinic in Dajeong-dong, which I had inquired about an hour before at Mom's Cafe and received a call...
Sejong Our Clinic located on the 5th floor of the 2nd building of the Festival in Dajeong-dong.
It was Sunday so there was plenty of parking...
They say parking is a real mess on weekdays. There's a sign on the elevator saying they have no choice but to raise long-term parking fees.
Sejong Woori Hospital's medical departments include family medicine, internal medicine, urology, and pediatrics.
The one pediatric clinic that is open on Sundays is always crowded and often closed.
When the kids had a fever on Sunday, I would hold out with fever reducers and take them to work at Shinrai on Monday...
Living in Sejong, I never thought of going here....
When you get off the elevator on the 5th floor and turn left, you will see Sejong Wooriwon like this.
The departments are listed on the wall, and you can also see the affiliated hospitals.
You can receive treatment related to ENT, such as nose examination, throat disease, and ear disease.
Pediatric ENT is also a key hospital!
These days, I'm seeing an ENT doctor for all my colds and sore throats... Why didn't I think of coming here for pediatrics?
I thought it was fortunate that I found out at least now.
I thought that since the partner hospitals are trustworthy hospitals, I could get treatment there if I wanted.
Sejong Woori Hospital also has a health checkup center, so many people come for health checkups.
As soon as you enter the main gate, the door to our health checkup center is on the right.
If you turn left, there is a reception desk.
We have sent a receptionist to perform over 20,000 gastroscopies.
20,000 views... That's amazing!!
Moreover, when I filled out the reception form because I thought it was my first time at the hospital, they said there was a record of me having been there in 2019.
I remember rushing to get a flu shot in the evening around 2019.
To the right of the reception desk is the examination room, and to the left is the IV room.
Maybe because I arrived 7 minutes before lunch time on Sunday
The waiting room was relatively quiet. People started gathering just before lunchtime ended.
Because the symptoms were similar to those of Corona, I got tested for Corona and waited in the waiting room while looking around.
There is a coronavirus testing center in the separate space behind where I sit.
There was a spacious waiting room with chairs in the front.
I filled out the COVID-19 test application and took the test...
I really put it in so far that it reaches both sides of my nose and down my throat... Oh my~~~
But I feel reassured that the results will come out this way...
No matter what I do at home, it's hard to put it in like this... ㅠ_ㅠ
Fortunately, the results were negative. Since the symptoms were so similar to those of COVID-19, they observed me for 20 minutes.
When I met the doctor and heard about my symptoms, he said that even though I was able to speak now,
The symptoms are so similar to those of the coronavirus that they told me to take the test again at home a day later.
My muscle pain and fever were so bad that I decided to get an IV, so I got some prescription medication and the IV.
(Fortunately, the self-diagnosis the next morning also came back negative,
The symptoms have clearly improved, so it is true that it is pharyngitis rather than coronavirus.
Last time I had tonsillitis, I only had a sore throat and no fever, but this time I had a fever and it was hard..)
If you go to the left of the reception desk, there are several IV rooms on either side of the hallway.
There is also a room-type IV room for children.
There is also a bed-type IV room for adults.
The place I was guided to was a bed-type IV room.
I had the flu and got an IV, but...
This is the first time I've seen a regular hospital IV room forget about a TV...
Even the nursing hospital I go to every week doesn't have a dedicated IV room like this.
The TV is also a pad-type TV... but this place has such a large TV that it really feels like a VIP room~
A solution that lowers fever and relieves pain caused by fever, including antipyretics and vitamins.
It took about two hours.
The nurses were also very kind and came to check on me from time to time.
I was able to get the IV drip comfortably because it didn't hurt.
Since I get immune shots every week... I don't mind getting intravenous injections anymore...
Maybe it was because I was in so much pain, but after getting it, I stopped by the pharmacy and felt nauseous and had a hard time.
Anyway, on the way back home after getting the shot, my fever went down and my condition returned a bit.
I was lying down at home for a while and then I was able to move around, so I took care of the second child instead of my husband who hadn't been able to wash yet.
I went out again to pick up my son from summer Bible school... Ugh...
After getting the sap, I couldn't eat all day.
I managed to cheer myself up by eating a few pieces of fruit, but I had no appetite at all...
I ate some rice wrapped in seaweed in the sun for dinner and took some medicine...
I had a sore throat on August 5th and 6th... My voice only came back last week.
There's still a little bit of phlegm left... This tonsillitis is really bad.
Wow!! I looked up the subjects offered at our clinic's health checkup center and found that a variety of checkups were available.
All basic national checkup items are available, so if the company is busy with reservations, you can't
I thought it would be okay to make a reservation here.
The location of Sejong Our Hospital is as follows~
It is on the 5th floor of the Festival 2 building, 52 Dajeongjungang-ro, Sejong City.
Our office hours are until 8:00 PM on weekdays and until 5:00 PM on Saturdays and Sundays.
How fortunate we are to have a hospital open on Sundays...
Plus, the break time is shorter on weekends, so you won't have to wait long, so I highly recommend it.
I would like to recommend our clinic in Dajeong-dong, Sejong City.
Not long ago, my father had a cold and asked about a hospital that was open on Sundays.
I informed our member of the National Assembly.
If you live in Sejong City, you should definitely check out our clinic, which is open on Sundays!
Since pediatric care is also available, many people come with their children on Sundays.
Summer colds seem to be really popular these days.
Everyone, be careful not to catch a cold~~
