Preventing high blood pressure by improving lifestyle and eating habits
I usually enjoy spicy and salty foods, but after a health checkup, I was told my blood pressure was a bit high. I checked my blood pressure every day, and when it came back higher than usual, I decided to take action to prevent it. For over six months, I've been improving my lifestyle and eating habits and exercising regularly to prevent high blood pressure, and my blood pressure has stabilized and remains stable.
First, to prevent high blood pressure, I drastically reduced the sodium in my diet. Since it's important to avoid salty foods, I avoided soups and minimized seasonings, making them almost non-seasonable.
