My concern is belly fat.ㅜㅜ

I like eating. So I have a big appetite and a good sense of taste, and I tend to eat more than others.

Not only me, but my entire family are big eaters. We're not like mukbang viewers, but compared to ordinary people, we eat much more.

Whenever I had school meals, worked, or attended gatherings, I often heard people say that they really eat a lot. I tend to eat more than others, but since I don't gain much weight even when I eat a lot, I thought I had a slim build and a body that doesn't gain weight.

However, after giving birth to a child, one's constitution changes. I deeply realized what this means.

Actually, when I was pregnant, I gained weight and my belly was quite large, but during winter, when I covered my belly, people didn't really realize I was pregnant.

However, it seems that the fat, especially belly fat, remains the same after the baby is born rather than during pregnancy.

At first, I thought the swelling would last a long time... Even though it's been over 10 years since I recovered from childbirth, my belly fat is still the sameㅜㅜ

Certainly, as I get older, I feel different than when I was young. Even now, I eat a bit more than others, but compared to when I was young, I definitely eat less. However, despite that, my belly fat still doesn't go away.

As I get older, my body fat and stress levels increase, and since visceral fat is connected to health, I am feeling a strong need to manage my diet and weight.

I had a health checkup last year, and although abdominal obesity was noted in previous checkups as well, after reviewing the results, I decided I needed to go on a diet. After last year's health checkup, I met with a family doctor and a specialist...

The doctor told me that I have visceral fat, which is different from what I thought, and advised me to exercise because my visceral fat is high.

Having only visceral fat can be more dangerous than having overall body fat.

My belly fat is gradually increasing, and I feel like I'm gaining a lot of weight around my waistline. It's not like this in other areas, but my belly is so protruding with fat that I find it really unpleasant to look at. I'm very worried about it.

I have a health check-up in two weeks... and I'm 고민이됩니다.

Since I enjoy eating, I can't fast well and I also struggle to control my diet perfectly.

Still, I eat a little carbohydrate in the evening and try to control my diet a bit... but there are limits.

I think exercising alongside is the answer...

Although I don't like exercising, I now think I really need to exercise regularly and consistently for my health and body.

Are there any effective exercises that can help reduce belly fat at home or quick workouts to lose belly fat?

Is there a simple exercise in daily life that is highly effective for belly fat?

Is there a dietary plan that is good for belly fat?

I'm going for a health checkup soon, and I think the results should be a little better than last year...

    저도 엄청 잘먹어도 인찌는체질이었으나 출산한 후론 나왔던 배는 조긍만 관리 안하면 그공간을 채우려는듯 해요

    내장지방 때문에 고민되시겠어요~
    먹는 열량보다 사용하는 열량이 적으면 남는 포도당이 피하지방에 쌓이는데요 계속 남는 포도당이 많으면 내장지방에 쌓이게 되거든요
    그래서 균형잡힌 식사를 하시되, 먹는양을 줄여주시고 활동양을 늘려주셔야 합니다.
    기초대사량 체크해서 하루 필요한 칼로리까지만 드시고, 운동을 하셔서 기초대사량을 늘려주세요
    그러면 남는 포도당이 없으니 더이상 피하지방이 쌓이지 않고 운동을 더 많이 하게되면 피하지방이 분해되어 조금씩 빠지게 됩니다 
    걷기 운동과 근력운동 (계단오르기 등)을 병행하시는게 좋아요

    뱃살 빼기 가장 좋은 방법 추천드립니다. 1. 식단 관리하기, 2. 따뜻한 물 많이 마셔주기, 3. 유산소 꾸준히 하기
    식단은 저탄수 고단백으로 드시길 추천합니다. 찬물 보다 따뜻한 물이 체지방 분해에 좋습니다. 유산소는 땀이 날 정도로 30분 이상 하면 좋습니다.

    뱃살은 유독 나잇살이라 그런건지 
    정말 잘 안빠지는 것 같아요 
    저같은경우도 다이어트 진행형이긴 한데 
    유독 뱃살이 그대로더라구요
    아마 근력운동을 추가로 해주시면서 
    유산소로 지방을 같이 태워야 할듯 합니다 
    지금은 저도 체중이 많이 나가서 근력은 못하지만 
    과거에 스쿼트도 도움이 되더라구요 
    스쿼트가 엉덩이 힘도 길러주지만 일어나면서 배에 힘을주게되니
    뱃살이 자연스레 빠지고, 윗몸일으키기도 도움됐습니다
