Concern about eyelid drooping

As I age, the area under my eyes keeps hollowing out. It looks bad and seems painful, which makes me more concerned. So, I want to undergo some kind of procedure, but I'm worried about what would be best. Since it's my first time and I'm considering touching near my eyes, I'm worried about the pain as well. For those who have tried it, how was your experience? Are there any side effects or pain involved?
