Has anyone noticed a change in facial expressions after fillers?

I want to manage it naturally, but I'm a little worried about putting something in my face.
I am most concerned about whether it will look awkward, especially when smiling or making facial expressions.
For those who have received it firsthand, how was the part you were initially worried about in reality?
