When did you start feeling the effects of Botox?

I don't think you'll see a change immediately after getting hit, so I'm curious at what point you actually start to feel the difference.
For first-time recipients, the waiting period can also be a concern.
For those of you who received it, did you notice any changes after a few days or weeks?
