I'm considering getting Botox; would the weather affect it?

I am concerned about the wrinkles on my nasolabial folds and forehead, so I am considering getting Botox.

But the weather is hot and the sun is strong these days, so

I'm worried that these weather conditions might have a negative effect after the Botox procedure.
