My nostrils are on the wider side; can they be narrowed with Botox?

My nostrils are on the wider side, so when I smile, they spread out to the sides.

I haven't even considered nose surgery because it feels too overwhelming and I'm worried about the cost. I am looking into Botox for nostril reduction because it is less of a burden.

Is it really possible to make the nostrils appear narrower with Botox alone? I am curious about the level of pain during the procedure and how long the effects last. I am also worried that the shape of my nostrils might look unnatural after the treatment, so I would appreciate honest reviews or advice from those who have experience.
