My earlobes are thin, so my earrings droop. Can this be corrected with fillers?

I enjoy wearing earrings, but recently, my earlobes seem to be getting thinner and sagging. When I wear them, the weight pulls my earlobes downward, making them look unattractive, and I am also worried they might tear. I have heard that getting earlobe fillers can improve elasticity and shape; is this true? I am curious if the procedure is very painful and how long the effects last. I would also appreciate advice from those with experience regarding potential side effects.
