Is there a high possibility of unevenness or clumping after getting fillers?

While filler treatments are effective, I've noticed that side effects like unevenness or clumping can occur. I'm wondering if this is due to temporary swelling immediately after the procedure, or if it is possible for the lumps to remain palpable or visible even after some time has passed. If clumping did occur, I would like to know if it improves naturally or if additional treatments or filler removal were necessary.
