I have a question! Does the Botox become noticeable over time?

I am considering getting Botox, and I am wondering if it looks natural at first but over time my facial expressions will look awkward or if it will be noticeable enough for others to notice.

Looking at the reviews, some people say that their face actually looks more relaxed so no one noticed, while others mention that their vibe has changed when they smile.

For those who actually received it, did your family or friends notice first? Or were they so unsure that they wouldn't know unless you told them?
