I have a lot of fine lines around my eyes. Would getting Botox be effective?

As I get older, I'm getting more fine lines around my eyes. I hadn't really paid much attention to it until a friend pointed it out to me. They said the wrinkles around my eyes definitely look more pronounced when I smile or frown.

Maybe that's why, ever since then, I've been subtly self-conscious about the fine lines around my eyes when talking to someone.

Should I get Botox to get rid of fine wrinkles around my eyes? If I get Botox, will the effect definitely be noticeable?
