I'm curious! For things like dermatological procedures, is the effect only felt by the individual?

When I look at reviews, there are many cases where the patient is extremely satisfied, but those around them don't really notice the difference.

I am also considering the procedure, and I am wondering if the noticeable changes are worth the cost.
