My upper lip is relatively thick; can I reduce the volume with lip fillers?

I have a complex because my upper lip is noticeably thicker than my lower lip.

Especially when looking at the side profile, the lips appear to protrude more, and the mouth looks relatively more prominent.

Is it possible to get a filler treatment for lips this thick?

My lips are full, so if I wear too much makeup, they stand out even more, and when I have a blank expression, I look like a sullen person.
