Is the cost of pelvic fillers really this different from hospital to hospital?

I'm looking into getting rid of my hip dips and shaping my pelvic line, so I looked it up to get a rough estimate of the cost before going for a consultation.

But the prices vary so much in every review that I don't know what the standard is.

I'm confused about whether the cost is calculated per cc or per body part, and I feel uneasy about things that are too cheap, but I also think things that are ridiculously expensive are a problem.

For those who have received it, roughly how much should I expect?
