Hongdae Dermatology Filler Case 7-Day Review - Honest Review of Filling the Forehead, Lips, Chin, Nose, and Nasolabial Folds All at Once (feat. Fillerphobia, but Still Going for It)
While I was managing my body through diet, I also wanted to make my face look “perfect,” so I finally went for a filler case.
In fact, opinions on fillers are very divided.
Some people say, “If things go well naturally, that’s the life filter.” There are many people who are afraid that it will be “tearful” or “uneven.”
I had forehead filler done once before and was very satisfied with it.
“If done well, it could really change the balance of your face significantly.”
So this time Slightly above the eyebrows, lip fillers, Just a little bit of the chin
With this in mind, I chose Filler Omakase, or 'Filler Case' for short, which is famous for its detailed filler procedures, and went for a consultation.
The hospital operates on a reservation system, and the waiting area was smaller than it looked in the photos.
What we look for in a consultation:
-
Volume above the forehead and eyebrows
-
Lip shape and proportions
-
chin line
-
Noble area volume (start of the nasolabial fold next to the nose)
-
From pigmentation to pores and wrinkles
Thank you for going into such detail one by one.
“Ah… I guess there are more things I need to pay attention to than I thought…” I felt a little dizzy.
Especially pores and pigmentation! These two are closer to the “serious” side, so I have a sense of what I need to manage more going forward.
also, Belotero filler example while showing I also liked how it explained in a way that I could understand “roughly which part and how much CC can be put in.”
After detailed consultation, the actual combination was:
-
Forehead filler 3cc
-
lip filler 1cc
-
Chin filler 1cc
-
Noble (starting point of fortune) filler 1cc
-
nasolabial fold area Juvelook Volume 1cc
-
Added botox for gravel chin
It’s more informative than you think, right…?
Before the consultation, I was thinking, “Let’s just do a little bit,” but after considering the balance of my entire face, I came up with this plan.
Procedure
I was put under anesthesia and taken to the treatment room.
to be honest From the moment the anesthetic injection is administered, the 'feel of the director's hands' is different. I had an impression of that.
Of course, it will vary depending on the condition and individual pain sensitivity.
The injections were very gentle, so I thought, “Oh, this is a place that has done a lot of procedures.”
The procedure was performed in order from the forehead, lips, chin, aristocrats, and nasolabial folds.
The feeling was different for each area, but the pain wasn't 'unbearable'.
The director's treatment is generally quick, and his hands feel very light.
Immediately after the procedure Anesthesia + swelling + before the filler has set in
When I look in the mirror, I have a face that makes me think, "Wow, I should just go straight home today."
I stopped by the pharmacy on the way home and got a prescription. I took antibiotics
Day 1
My whole face is still swollen Still, it feels a little calmer than the day before
Day 2
This day was truly… a disheartening day.
My forehead looks bumpy Every time I look in the mirror, I keep thinking, “Is this wrong?”
I got a care call from the hospital I told him about my current situation and what I was worried about.
“Fillers need about 7 days to settle in, “Don’t worry too much about just the intermediate steps.”
And it reassured me again.
That part where you know it in your head but your heart is still anxious…
Day 3
The point at which the swelling gradually subsides and the shape is revealed
It's still swollen, but I have a feeling that "Oh, so this is how high my forehead is."
If you look at the side view, the three-dimensional effect is definitely different.
Day 4
The forehead line is gradually starting to become prettier.
The chin is slightly protruding The side profile silhouette looks completely different
Thanks to the noble filler, the sunken area above the nasolabial fold is filled, giving the face a much younger look.
Day 5
On this day, I checked by intentionally taking a picture of my forehead at the station. I had a strong feeling that the volume was concentrated in the center.
“Is this forehead bump…?” “Isn’t it too convex in the middle?”
At a time when these thoughts kept coming to me.
Still, it was a period of holding on, thinking that it was “getting settled” since it was still 7 days ago.
Day 6
I can definitely feel my forehead shape getting more defined.
As it changes to a natural curve, it begins to adapt to the forehead line.
Day 7
I briefly put on my hat in the morning and thought, “Oh, I’m screwed…”
Fortunately, when I saw it in the evening without any pressure, it was overall
-
Forehead: Gently plump
-
Chin: Slightly forward to increase the three-dimensionality of the side face
-
Noble area: Reduced sunken feeling, giving a youthful look
-
Forearm: The deep lines have been softened thanks to the Juvelook volume.
Even without makeup “I definitely felt like my whole face was tighter + my expression was clearer.”
Before/after comparison:
-
forehead
-
Former: Slightly flat + partially sunken feeling
-
After: Soft volume + overall face looks more three-dimensional
-
-
chin
-
Former: Looks slightly short and has a rounded face
-
After: The chin is slightly protruded, creating a slimmer look.
-
-
Noble + False Character
-
Before: The sides of the nose look pressed in, and the nasolabial folds are more noticeable.
-
After: Fill in the noble part to lessen the emphasis on the forehead and create a younger impression
-
-
lips
-
Not an unnaturally thick feeling, but a volume that matches the proportions of the entire face.
-
Impressions
-
Detailed consultation clarifies “where and why” to fill in.
-
All areas that have a significant impact on three-dimensionality, such as the forehead, chin, forehead, and nasolabial folds, are cleaned at once.
-
The process of the shape becoming more and more natural over time
-
It can also be replaced with a collagen booster, so even those who are concerned about fillers have an option.
-
The equipment and analysis allowed me to objectively see “my current skin condition.”
but,,
-
Days 2-5 can be really awkward → It is right to judge after seeing it for at least 7 days.
-
Mental turmoil may occur during the swelling and settling period.
-
It is safer to avoid hats and pressure in the beginning.
I cautiously recommend this to those who, like me, want to work on multiple areas at the same time, such as the forehead, chin, forehead, and nasolabial folds, and those who want to create a "three-dimensional face" but don't know where or how to do it. ㅎㅎ
