Botox side effects?

I always had thick wrinkles on my forehead, so I was under a lot of stress~ I was recommended and received a Botox treatment without resistance, and while my forehead wrinkles definitely improved, my double eyelid fold has disappeared??

Is it possible that in this case, the Botox medication has moved down towards the eye? 😢
