Can I get a nose filler if I have a nose surgery?

Actually, I had a nose surgery 10 years ago.

Maybe it's because I inserted the ear cartilage.

It has decreased a bit compared to the first surgery..

I want to make the tip of my nose more pointed.

I'm afraid to undergo surgery again.

Can I get filler on the tip of my nose?
