Is there no other option besides fillers for face volume loss caused by dieting?

My face has completely become a skull due to dieting.

Because of eye strain

You look much older after dieting.

Will the filler come back if I get it done again??

Please let me know if there is something else good.

지방이식이 더 낫지 않나요? 필러보다는 더 안전할거 같은데 친구가 지방이식 했는데 괜찮더라구요

살빠져서 좋은데 진짜 얼굴이 못쓰겄어요..제가 생각했던것보다 그렇게 비싸진않네요 저도 알아봐야겠어요ㅜㅜ
