Pain from getting filler in the under-eye area

This is a story about the struggles after getting filler in the adorable cheek area 😭

The charm dimples are the protruding flesh under the eyes that, when smiling, create a beautiful crescent shape for the eyes.

Because it gives a three-dimensional effect that makes the eyes appear larger

It's one of the areas people pay close attention to when doing makeup, like drawing the cute eye area.

 

Especially as I age, I feel my skin losing elasticity, my under-eye area sinking, and my charming fat disappearing, so I looked into hospitals.

Since I already don't have much of a double eyelid fold, and because the double eyelid fold is located close to the eyes,

I thought a lot and looked up many reviews, choosing a hospital with good reviews and many people who had the procedure done.

 

Fillers are implantable materials that can be injected into the human body, and they are administered to areas with surface irregularities, sunken regions, or areas requiring volume.

Since I decided I should do it, I didn't worry too much and just went.

I believe I had a thorough consultation, decided on the amount, applied the anesthesia, and waited for about 30 minutes.

There are quite a few people like me who apply medication and wait in the recliner.

So I reassured myself that my experience was enough and waited for time to pass, then it was my turn, and I entered the procedure room.

As I shaped the form and repeatedly injected with a syringe on both sides, I was hoping it would end quickly, but a minute felt as long as an hour.

After the procedure was finished, the under-eye area was completely red.

They told me it would be okay over time, so I believed that and returned home.

I went home, took a short rest, and looked in the mirror, and wow~! I had a severe bruise.

I was flustered, searched for ways to remove the bruise, applied a cold compress for about 20 minutes, bought some bruise cream, and applied it.

Even the next day, I didn't get better; in fact, it looked worse.

Since it's a face that is clearly visible, I first called the hospital and explained the situation, but they only kept repeating that it would get better with time.

Eventually, even after 2 or 3 days, there was not much improvement, and the shape looked unnatural and was not satisfying.

I had to argue over the phone and additionally undergo a procedure to dissolve the filler.

It was truly pure pain.
