Do flat warts grow back after removal?

At first, I thought the small brown spots on my face were just blemishes because they were gradually increasing. However, looking closely, some are raised and appear to be spreading outwards, so I'm worried they might be flat warts. I think I need to have them removed, but there are quite a few all over my face, so I'm not sure if I can get them treated all at once, and the cost is also a burden. I would like to hear from those who have actually had them removed about whether there was any recurrence and how many sessions you underwent.
