Do you wait until after summer to remove blemishes?

I tend to have a lot of flat warts or blemishes on my skin.

Maybe it's because it's summer, but it feels like there are noticeably more of them.

You usually don't remove blemishes much in the summer, right?

It does bother me, but I suppose it's best to do it when the weather gets cooler..?

I diligently apply sunscreen and even carry a parasol, but

I'm stressed because I keep getting bumps on my face...
