Is this the early stage of a herniated disc?

Lately, I’ve been experiencing strange persistent lower back pain, and I’m worried. It’s difficult to stand for long periods, and I feel some pain even when sitting. It seems like early symptoms of a herniated disc, so I’ve been looking up stretching exercises on YouTube and trying them. Should I go to the hospital and get an MRI? I’ve heard that walking exercises can help, so I’m continuing to exercise regularly. If it’s a herniated disc, is there a chance for a full recovery? Or do I have to live with discomfort for the rest of my life? I’m really worried. I think I should visit the hospital first thing on my day off.
