When I am alone in a large space, or even in a space that isn't large but where I can feel overwhelmed on my own, I develop PTSD, with my heart pounding quickly and being unable to do anything.
This symptom was more severe than I thought, so it was difficult to hang out with my friends.
Even if my friends invited me, I couldn't go to places like tourist spots with wide open plains.
There have been times when my PTSD symptoms kept surfacing even when I was out with my family, causing them to worry.
But living like this, I felt that I wouldn't be able to experience what I haven't experienced yet and that I would be too uncomfortable on my own.
So I worked hard to overcome PTSD...
It took a very long time, and although I haven't fully recovered, I have improved to the point where I can now manage my condition on my own even if I experience PTSD.
I will introduce two methods to you.

Most people with PTSD tend not to summon courage. Of course, I also completely understand that the situation that causes me fear is frightening.
However, if I do not make an effort myself, I will have no choice but to be constantly dragged by PTSD caused by fear, which is an entity that instills fear in me.

No matter how scared I am, it is necessary to consistently work hard to live a good life.
At this moment, what is called effort is my courage to face fear.

PTSD is very difficult to overcome alone.
It's difficult enough to decide on my own, so I feel overwhelmed about how to solve the problem.
There are various specialized medical professionals who can assist us in such situations.
Let's try using those people.
I also gathered my courage and visited the hospital to seek treatment for PTSD, and through various therapies such as counseling, art therapy, and hypnotherapy, they helped me overcome PTSD.
It will take some time, but receiving various treatments was quite helpful.
Counseling therapy in PTSD has been very helpful for me.
I feel a sense of calmness.
PTSD can be very difficult to overcome, but it is a condition that can be overcome with courage.
