My healthy food is almonds, peanuts, and nuts.

Recently, my health has been deteriorating, so I am paying attention to my diet and tend to snack a lot.

I replaced it with nuts because I want to eat snacks healthily.

I take a handful after meals, and my stomach feels surprisingly more satisfied.

I think I crave snacks less and feel more comfortable with speed than snacks, so I think it's good.

It is perfect as a light snack and also easy to eat while on a diet.

    저도 특별한 건강식은 없는 거 같아요. 
    견과류는 꼭 하루에 하나씩 챙겨 먹어요.

    땅콩이나 견과류가 몸에 참 좋다고 저도 익히 들어서 잘 알고 있는데 손이 안가더라구요
    한가지말고 저렇게 여러가지 조합으로 조금씩 먹으면 안질리고 맛나게 먹겠네요
    건강 간식으로 좋아보여요 ㅎㅎ
