Recently, my health has been deteriorating, so I am paying attention to my diet and tend to snack a lot.
I replaced it with nuts because I want to eat snacks healthily.
I take a handful after meals, and my stomach feels surprisingly more satisfied.
I think I crave snacks less and feel more comfortable with speed than snacks, so I think it's good.
It is perfect as a light snack and also easy to eat while on a diet.
