      닭가슴살 있으면 해드셔 보세요.
      미역은 30분정도 불렸다가 불어났음
      물에 한번 행구고 잘게 잘라서 
      참기름or들기름 한방울에 살살 볶다가
      다진마늘 1ts,넣고 살짝 같이 볶다가
      물1L정도 넣고  닭가슴살(렌지안데운것)
      잘게 찢어서넣어고 참치액1스푼,
      국간장 반스푼이나 소금 한꼬집 넣어서
      끓이면기름기 없고 깔끔한 미역국 
      맛볼수 있죠.
      특히 환절기에 미역국 한사바리 뚝딱
      하면 이게 보양식이 된답니다.

      저는 원래 소고기 미역국만 먹었는데
      집에 소고기가 없을때 닭가슴살로
      해먹어본후론 줄곳 닭가슴살로만 
      끓여요.미역국은 거의 제주식이기 때문에
      한솥 끓여서 냉동실에 얼려서 먹을때
      끓여 먹음 편하더라구요.
