During the holiday break, I kept eating nonstop from both sides of the family.
My weight has increased and my body has become sluggish.ㅜ
It's been a while since I went for a run, and my legs feel heavy too.
It was hard to adapt, haha.
As I walked briskly, my body seemed to loosen up a bit.
Running feels less exhausting and I feel more refreshed.
A little bit of weight gained from working out hard this week
I'll try to shorten it 😄😄
