1. Set realistic goals!๐

What do you do first when you start a diet?
Most people decide how many kilograms they want to lose and check every day on the scale to see how much they've lost. I used to do the same~~๐
If you set your goals too high from the beginning, it only ends up causing stress.
So I decided to lose 1 kilogram each month and only weigh myself in the morning. (I have lost 7 kilograms from November last year to now.)
And it's about recording my weight and what I eat. As I keep track, I become aware of the foods I consume and can easily compare weight changes, which helps me pay more attention to my diet.

2. Eat a balanced meal!
Eat healthily while dieting without starving or doing a one-food diet! For your health...

A balanced diet is key to a healthy diet and maintaining weight. Thanks to the Cashdoc One Meal a Day Challenge, I pay more attention to eating healthily. Even after the challenge ended, I continue to eat healthily.

I try to eat multigrain rice instead of white rice and consume nutritious foods like fruits, vegetables, and whole grains. I used to make sure to have a simple breakfast every morning, but lately I have been skipping breakfast after a 12-hour fasting period. At first, I found it very hard to resist the hunger that struck at 10 o'clock, but now it has become a habit.

Boiled eggs/nuts/Greek yogurt/soy milk/cherry tomatoes/apples/sweet potatoes/protein bars/chicken breast/carrots/cabbage/cucumbers/seasonal fruits, etc., I have been enjoying these days.

I try to avoid consuming high-calorie carbonated drinks, mixed coffee, bread, and rice cakes as much as possible. I also prefer to drink decaffeinated American coffee, and these days, I make sure to drink at least one glass of lemon water every day.

3. Drink enough water every day!
Drinking enough water is essential for dieting! At first, drinking water was really difficult for meใ ใ
So I decided on a specific cup for drinking water, and when I drink with that cup, I tend to drink water more well.

I find it easier to drink water when I drink from a pretty cup that shows the water~๐

Morning: Water on an empty stomach and probiotics
Lunch: Water before meal / Water after meal
Evening: water before meal / water after meal
And make sure to drink water occasionally!

I try to drink at least 1 liter of water a day.
However, there is a recommended daily water intake based on body weight ๐ so these days, I'm trying to drink more.
4. Exercise regularly!

Exercise is the most important part of dieting!
I used to live building walls after exercising ๐คญ
Starting the app tech challenge, I began walking 10,000 steps / 6,000 steps / climbing stairs. On days when I can't walk, I try to do home workouts (stretching, stationary bike), but sometimes I can't manage it, so I make sure to go out and walk even a little.

5. Minimize overeating as much as possible!!

On days when I tend to overeat, I try to digest, sleep late, or maintain a 12-hour fast until lunch the next day.
Since I go to bed late, I keep thinking about eating, and on days I eat late, my body feels very tired the next day. So I try to go to bed early, avoid eating late, and not overeat.

I realize that healthy weight loss requires time and effort. Even if I neglect exercise or overeat, I think it's important to not get discouraged and to refocus on health again~^^
