My body feels completely different before and after COVID..ㅠㅠ
Before COVID-19, size 55 was just slightly loose.
Due to the crazy COVID-19 situation, I couldn't go to the gym, so I started enjoying my favorite beer during the time I used to work out after work.
Of course, I kept snacking on beer accompaniments, and gradually my body started to change, gaining over 10kg in three years...ㅠㅠ
During that time, my clothes became too small, so I couldn't wear them all and kept buying new ones to fit my body...
Since the second half of last year, I started walking 10,000 steps a day, and I've been going to the gym again for the past three months. I've been managing myself for almost a year, but I've only lost about 3 kg and haven't seen much change...ㅠㅠ
I only drink beer on weekends now, even though I used to drink it almost every day, but I haven't completely quit.
