Healthy meals that do not raise blood sugar & Okkok Peanut Butter
Eating a meal with tofu instead of rice is really good for blood sugar management.
- 1. Tofu and vegetable stir-fry dish
- Tofu becomes fluffy when you defrost frozen tofu, squeeze out the excess water, and then stir-fry it in a pan to remove moisture. Then, place tomatoes seasoned with olive oil and roasted, and serve them together for a delicious taste. Additionally, lightly salt onions and zucchini, stir-fry them together in one side of the pan, and then eat with tofu for a good side dish.
Vegetables are said to be the best for blood sugar control. Eating vegetables before a meal is said to prevent a sudden spike in blood sugar.
2. 100% Peanut Butter
Recently, I eat fruits and bread that can raise blood sugar levels, along with peanut butter. I choose products made from 100% peanuts for the peanut butter. As you all know, peanut butter does not contain added butter. When roasted peanuts are ground 100%, they create a creamy butter-like texture, which is why it's called peanut butter. I buy peanut butter without salt or other additives. The product I am currently eating is Olgok Peanut Butter, made from 100% domestic Gochang peanuts.
