Reduce drinking coffee
I used to drink two cups of coffee a day, but now I am drinking it with a different cup.
I drink one or two glasses a week.
I used to like sweet coffee before, even drinking one or two cups a week.
I am currently drinking it neatly as an Americano.
Since I hardly drink coffee, my sleep quality has also improved, which I like.
