Reduce drinking coffee

I used to drink two cups of coffee a day, but now I am drinking it with a different cup.

I drink one or two glasses a week.

I used to like sweet coffee before, even drinking one or two cups a week.

I am currently drinking it neatly as an Americano.

 

Since I hardly drink coffee, my sleep quality has also improved, which I like.

Even after sleeping for a short time, I don't wake up in the middle of the night, and I feel refreshed and good when I wake up in the morning.Health goal, added reducing coffee consumption.
