I appreciated that it wasn't just a prescription for medication but also practical solutions like posture correction, adjusting sleep patterns, and limiting caffeine intake. Right now, I’m on medication and getting physical therapy, and I’m happy to say the intensity of my tinnitus has decreased significantly.
