They also provided detailed advice on what to avoid and what to be cautious of in my daily life. The treatment focused on the muscles and ligaments around the ankle, and they checked on my pain levels throughout the procedure, allowing me to receive the treatment comfortably. After the treatment, my ankle felt much lighter, and walking became significantly easier than before.
