I got Vitara and Xeomin injected in two areas by hand, and they took their time to do it well. The clinic was clean, and everything was handled in an organized way, which made me trust them. It was a hospital I chose on short notice, so I’m relieved that I was satisfied with it. I hope it heals well without leaving a scar!!

I got Botox for my forehead from the head doctor. I've been to other branches of Mei Pure, and due to an event, this was my first visit to the Bucheon branch. The clinic was clean, and everything from registration to consultation to treatment was done quickly and efficiently. I received treatment from the main doctor listed on the website, and she was great. I was originally considering two places for treatment, but she only recommended one. She explained in detail why it would be better not to go to the other place, which made me trust her more. I've never had this kind of experience at the Mei Pure I used to go to before. So, even though it’s a bit far from home, I plan to use the Bucheon branch from now on.

After getting Forehead Botox, I experienced side effects including drooping eyes, swollen eyelids, and distorted eye shape. It was a factory-style clinic, and although I went back because of the side effects, it was difficult to see a doctor. I waited an hour and finally met with the doctor, but when they became upset during the consultation, they called the police and had the patient removed. As soon as I said that they had performed the procedure carelessly, they took offense, immediately pointed a finger at me, said they were calling the police, and walked out. Apparently, whenever a patient makes them uncomfortable, they just call the police. Forehead Botox can cause drooping eyes as a side effect, and since every patient’s muscles and skin condition are different, the injection location and dosage are important. More than anything, I specifically asked during the consultation for the procedure to be done in a way that wouldn’t make my eyes feel heavy. But before the procedure, the doctor did nothing to examine my muscle movements or even mention them—just quickly fired off all the injections one after another and left. Yet they kept insisting to the very end that they had examined everything carefully and performed the procedure properly!! Even while looking right at my eyes, which were swollen and drooping from the side effects!! Thinking about it now, I don’t know what this doctor’s specialty is, and there’s no information at all about their background. I can’t believe I trusted them with my face. The shamelessness of promoting cheap event prices, then acting aggressive and ignoring patients even when side effects occurred, and using the police as their own tool for handling complaints, was truly unbelievable.

I had been taking pain relievers occasionally for a headache in my forehead for a few days. Since the headache was frequent, I visited a nearby hospital where I was diagnosed with sinusitis. I received a three-day supply of medication, but even after taking it just once, my headache improved. I was told to come back for another visit in three days. The doctor who treated me was Dr. Baek Seung-mun, and he was very kind and attentive. There were many patients waiting for their appointments.

Since this is a newly opened clinic, the overall facilities were very clean and pleasant, giving me a great first impression. I had visited other Meipure locations before, but at this particular location, the reception staff and consultation coordinators were much friendlier, which made me feel comfortable during the consultation. They provided thorough explanations before the procedure and guided me in detail about any questions I had, which made me trust them. This time, I received pico toning and forehead Botox; the pico toning was much less painful than the IPL treatment I had previously, so it was easy to go through. I think I need a little more time to see the effects, but the treatment process itself was satisfying. Especially with the forehead Botox, at other locations before, I used to experience a lot of bleeding when needles would hit the blood vessels, along with significant pain, but this time it was done with almost no pain, which made me really happy. Overall, the staff's responsiveness and my satisfaction with the procedures were great, so I would consider coming back.

I fell down the stairs and scraped my face, injuring my forehead, but the doctor was really kind, disinfecting the wound and giving me a great prescription, so my injury improved a lot. (I could sense the uncomfortable atmosphere while receiving the treatment.) Why did we even have a consultation? The more I think about it, the more unpleasant it gets. "I told the doctor exactly what I was unhappy about last time, so why is this wrong?" Is that the consultant's response?

They had a first-visit event, so I was able to experience it without much financial strain, and it was more satisfying than I expected. For the Botox, I had it done on my forehead and around my eyes. They provided thorough consultations before the procedure, and they did a great job keeping it natural without overdoing it. My expressions don’t look awkward, and my wrinkles have definitely improved. I especially liked how the fine lines around my eyes have smoothed out, making my face look much sharper. They also removed the moles neatly, and after the Aqua Peel, my skin felt clearer and my makeup went on so much better. Overall, the staff were friendly, and the wait time wasn’t long at all, which made for a comfortable visit. Since my first visit, I’ve been very satisfied and plan to keep coming back regularly. I really want to keep up with Botox since it works so well for me on my forehead and around my eyes. I’d recommend this place to anyone looking for cost-effective treatments!
