I had autologous fat grafting done on my facial cheeks, and the fat settled in nicely, making my cheeks plump. I think using my own fat is much more natural and better than fillers. If the graft takes well, it can be semi-permanent, so it's great that I only need to have the procedure done once.

The results of the filler treatment fell far short of my expectations. Compared to other clinics, the doctor's skill was quite disappointing, and the price was actually much higher. My satisfaction with the cost was very low, and I would recommend looking into other clinics for the same amount.

The long wait was exhausting. The staff were friendly, and the clinic was spacious and clean. There was also a private area where I could rest, which was nice. Maybe because the wait was so long, they even gave me an IV with vitamins. After the procedures, they followed up with me via text and phone calls, which I appreciated. Anyway, it’s really hard to become prettier.

My biggest concern was the pain, but honestly, it didn't hurt at all when they injected the filler... the numbing shot was the most painful part. The doctors were generally friendly, which made me feel a bit more at ease. It’s been about two weeks now, and on the first day, I didn’t notice much difference other than a slightly full feeling, but after 2-3 days, there was some swelling. It seems like it takes about 1-2 weeks for the swelling to mostly go down. At times when the swelling was significant, I worried the filler might burst my forehead, but after doing some cold compresses and eating pumpkin porridge, thankfully, it seems to have settled down well.

It felt like I hadn’t had my lip fillers done in a while, so I came back, and I’m still satisfied! The doctor is the only one here, which makes me feel more secure, and the nurse is very attentive, checking to see if everything looks good and that the shape I wanted is right. They are always kind, and seeing the staff who have been there for a long time makes me trust the place even more! Many of my acquaintances have come from far away after seeing my lips… haha. They're so natural yet look amazing that I can’t count how many people I’ve referred! Even friends of friends have come for lip fillers after they saw mine, and I heard from them how well they did other fillers here that didn't work elsewhere. I felt like it was a bit pricey, but since it can last up to a year, I decided to splurge and give up cheaper options.
