This clinic changed my preconceived notion that all hospital facilities are pretty much the same. It's a clinic where you can receive treatment in a comfortable and laid-back atmosphere, almost like a cafe, which gives you a sense of security. The medical equipment, from the treatment bed to everything else I've experienced in various dental clinics, was the most comfortable and brand new I've ever encountered. The equipment also looked like it could compete with that of a university hospital. It seems they’ve made a significant investment. The cavity treatment was gentle, and the filling was done beautifully. I've decided that for my parents' implant treatment, we will come to this clinic.

I went after seeing the promotional event ad, and there were a lot of patients. Since I had an appointment, I had a consultation after waiting a little while and then had dental implant surgery. I was nervous and scared, but they used anesthesia for the surgery, so there wasn’t much pain. I still don’t have much swelling, and I’ve been diligent about applying cold packs. I’m also taking the prescribed medication regularly. I think they took good care of me. The only thing I found a little disappointing was that I wish the doctor who performed the surgery had personally given me a brief explanation afterward.

I just got a scaling exam done. I told the nurse in advance that I'm sensitive to pain, and she did it just right for me. It's painful, so it's good to mention any particular concerns like that. I had my appointment on the 6th floor, and the reception nurses were really nice. Their voices are so soothing. I also made an appointment for my husband's implant consultation while I was there. And, it's nice that the floors are separated, so it doesn't get crowded. Each side has four stalls in the bathroom, which is great. The parking lot is wonderful, no complaints there. I got an elephant plushie. I’ll be hugging it often.

According to the doctor's advice, I'll get a check-up at a big hospital, and after the first revision surgery, they'll do the implant procedure for me. I feel calm and confident now. The doctor who treated me had a great demeanor and was very kind. I had implants done 15 years ago and they're still doing great. Today, I finally got treatment for a broken tooth and a cavity that I'd been putting off for 3 years due to some circumstances. I wanted to get a special denture with sleep implants. Since my heart isn't in great shape, I had the surgery done in three parts. While receiving sleep treatment, I also got nutritional injections, so instead of feeling tired, I actually felt better. They explained the post-surgery care well, and every time I had a procedure, they called the next day to check on me. I really appreciate how well they take care of me.

I've been going to Elephant Dental since 2022. The anesthesiologist has changed, but I still go to Elephant Dental. They really made my sleep dental implant procedure so comfortable. I got worried when my health suddenly declined, but I heard that Elephant Dental also offers hyperbaric oxygen therapy, so I'm planning to add that treatment as well.
