Apply body lotion diligently after showering, and 4. I always apply sunstick to my back as well. With this... I think it's still not enough. Is the skincare routine for the body very different from that for the face? Is it okay to apply the same whitening cream or regenerating cream to the face? I am curious if the care methods for body skin are different because its thickness and characteristics differ from facial skin. I am also curious whether long-standing brown discoloration can be improved with home care or if dermatological procedures like laser treatment are necessary for effective results. Would a laser be the most effective? If I get laser treatment, is it effective after just one session, or conversely, do I need multiple sessions to see results, like with blemishes?
