Adult dosage

For those aged 15 years and older: Take 1 tablet dissolved in water three times a day within 30 minutes after meals.

This product may put strain on the liver, so individuals who regularly consume more than three glasses of alcohol daily should consult a doctor or pharmacist before use. Additionally, since this product contains acetaminophen, care must be taken to avoid exceeding the maximum daily dose, as it poses a risk of liver damage. If any unusual reactions occur during the use of this medication, such as skin rashes, blisters, or itching, discontinue use immediately and consult healthcare professionals. Those with an allergy to this medication or a history of asthma-like symptoms during the use of antipyretic and analgesics should not take this medication. Infants under 3 months of age or breastfeeding women should also refrain from using this medication or discontinue breastfeeding. Furthermore, individuals currently taking or who have recently stopped taking certain antidepressants or antipsychotics such as MAO inhibitors should not use this medication. It is advisable not to take it concurrently with other cold medications, antipyretics, sedatives, or antihistamines. Especially in the case of children suspected of having chickenpox or influenza, allergy-prone individuals, or those with chronic diseases of the liver, kidneys, or heart, consultation with a specialist before use is essential. Women who are pregnant or may become pregnant should discuss it with their doctor, as the ingredients may affect the fetus. If symptoms like rashes, vomiting, swelling, or dizziness occur after taking this medication, stop use immediately and consult healthcare professionals; if symptoms do not improve, prompt medical attention is required. Children under 2 years of age should not use this medication except in special cases, and this medication must be taken strictly according to the specified usage and dosage. Do not use it for an extended period, avoid alcohol consumption during treatment, and be cautious of drowsiness, advising against driving or operating machinery.

Serious side effects

Hives, severe swelling, tightness in the chest, cold sweat, pallor, difficulty breathing, severe rash with high fever, blisters, skin peeling, pain in oral/ocular mucous membranes, asthma, Stevens-Johnson syndrome, toxic epidermal necrolysis, hepatic dysfunction (systemic fatigue, yellowing of skin or eyes (jaundice)), interstitial pneumonia (cough, shortness of breath or breathing difficulties, fever), shock (anaphylaxis), difficulty breathing
