Dosage and Administration

Adult dosage

For individuals aged 15 and older, take 2 capsules three times a day, 30 minutes after meals.

Precautions

This medication may put strain on the liver, so individuals who regularly consume more than three drinks a day should consult a doctor or pharmacist. If severe rashes, blisters, or red spots appear on the skin while taking this medication, stop taking it immediately and consult a professional. This medication contains acetaminophen, so caution is needed not to exceed 4,000 mg per day, and it should not be taken with other medications containing acetaminophen. People allergic to this medication or its ingredients, those with a history of asthma, infants under three months old, and those taking certain antidepressants or antipsychotic drugs should not take this medication. Shortness of breath or difficulty breathing, asthma attacks, cough with fever and respiratory abnormality → respiratory issue. Yellowing of the skin or eyes (jaundice), extreme lethargy → liver abnormality (jaundice).

Mild side effects

Rash, redness (hyperemia), itching, nausea, vomiting, loss of appetite, constipation, swelling, urinary difficulties, thirst, dizziness, high anion gap metabolic acidosis (HAGMA)
