This medication contains vitamins D, E, B1, B2, B6, C, and zinc, recommended for fatigue, pregnancy and lactation, physical decline during and after illness, growing children, and elderly individuals. Vitamin D supports the health of bones and teeth, preventing rickets, while Vitamin B1 is effective in preventing beriberi. It also helps relieve pain from fatigue of the eyes, neuralgia, myalgia, and joint pain. Additionally, it shows effects on inflammation of the lips and mouth (angular cheilitis, cheilitis, stomatitis, glossitis) and skin diseases (eczema, dermatitis). Zinc supports various functions in the body and contributes to overall health improvement. The provision of these vitamins and minerals is used to maintain health and improve various symptoms.
For individuals aged 8 and older, take 1 tablet once daily after meals.
For children aged 8 and older, take 1 tablet once daily after meals.
This medication should not be taken by patients with hypercalcemia, sarcoidosis, or kidney diseases. Individuals with allergic reactions to this drug or its ingredients, infants under 12 months, kidney stone patients, and those with severe renal failure should also avoid this medication. This product contains lactose, so those with lactose intolerance or genetic conditions such as lactase deficiency and glucose-galactose malabsorption should avoid taking it. During treatment, it is advisable not to take this medication concomitantly with phosphates, calcium salts, oral tetracycline preparations, antacids, and levodopa. Children under 1 year of age, patients currently in treatment, children exposed to a lot of sunlight, patients with hyperoxaluria, pregnant and nursing women, premature infants, and toddlers should consult with a doctor or pharmacist before taking this medication. Pregnant women should be aware that the components of this medication can be transmitted through breast milk, potentially causing hypercalcemia in the infant. Individuals with a history of peptic ulcers, chronic gastrointestinal diseases, heart and circulatory disorders, kidney dysfunction, hypoalbuminemia, gout, or kidney stones should also consult with a specialist before taking this medication. If any symptoms such as nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, rash, dermatitis, hair loss, arrhythmia, hypotension, pulmonary edema occur during use, stop taking it immediately and consult a specialist. Also, if there is an increase in menstrual cycle frequency or prolonged bleeding, stop taking it and consult a doctor. Women taking estrogen-containing oral contraceptives should be cautious as taking vitamin E may increase the risk of thrombosis. Prolonged high dosage may lead to tolerance, and excessive intake of pyridoxine may cause neurological symptoms. For patients with folic acid deficiency, taking large amounts of vitamin B12 may result in blood abnormalities. High-dose usage can exacerbate peptic ulcers, disrupt blood sugar control, cause hyperuricemia, and liver damage. Caution is advised as large doses may lead to nausea, vomiting, edema, and heart failure symptoms. Co-administration with aldosterone antagonists or triamterene may raise potassium levels in the blood. For any overdose or if symptoms do not improve after one month of use, consult a specialist immediately. The specified dosages must be followed strictly, and the medication should be administered to children under parental supervision. This drug may affect urine test results and may cause urine to appear yellow, so it should be noted during testing. It is best to avoid tea containing tannins, such as green tea or black tea, before and after taking it. When storing, keep this medication out of the reach of children, and store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight in a tightly sealed container. Furthermore, to prevent misuse and maintain quality, it is important not to transfer the medication to other containers.
