The vitamins D, B1, B2, and B6 contained in this medicine are beneficial for physical fatigue, during pregnancy and lactation, reduction of physical strength during and after illness, growth periods, and old age. These vitamins help in the development of bones and teeth and prevent rickets. They also have effects in relieving fatigue in the eyes and assist in alleviating pain such as neuralgia, myalgia, and arthralgia. Furthermore, it is effective against inflammatory symptoms occurring around the mouth and inside the mouth (angular cheilitis, cheilitis, stomatitis, glossitis) as well as eczema and dermatitis. Therefore, this medicine is used for the mitigation of general vitamin deficiency symptoms and pain reduction.

How to take

Adult dose

Adults aged 19 years and older should take 1 tablet once daily.

Precautions

This medication should not be taken by individuals with excessive calcium in the blood or certain systemic inflammatory diseases, and kidney diseases. Also, those who are allergic to this medicine or its ingredients, infants under 12 months, kidney stone patients, and individuals with severe kidney failure should avoid taking this medication. This medicine contains lactose, so individuals with lactose intolerance or related genetic disorders should not take it. During the use of this medicine, it is advised to avoid taking phosphate, calcium salts, certain antibiotics, antacids, and specific medications such as levodopa together. Individuals undergoing treatment, pregnant or likely pregnant women, nursing mothers, premature infants, and those with issues concerning heart or kidney function must consult a professional before taking this medication. If symptoms such as nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, skin rash, irregular heartbeat, dizziness, or swelling occur during use, discontinue immediately and consult a professional. Additionally, caution is needed as long-term high-dose use may cause nerve problems, blood abnormalities, peptic ulcers, and liver damage. The prescribed dosage must be strictly adhered to, and this medicine can change the color of urine to yellow, affecting test results. It is advisable to avoid tannin-containing teas like green or black tea before and after taking this medicine. Store this medicine in a cool, dry place out of reach of children, avoid direct sunlight, and do not transfer to another container.
